This recipe is my go-to for a quick and satisfying protein boost. It’s incredibly versatile and can be easily tweaked to your liking.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (I prefer almond milk)
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons vanilla vegan protein powder (experiment to find your favorite!)
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil (optional, for energy and healthy fats)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

Instructions:

  1. Grab your trusty blender. A high-powered blender is your best friend when it comes to smooth, creamy shakes.
  2. Layer those ingredients. Add your milk, protein powder, MCT oil (if using), ice cubes, and the remaining milk to the blender in that order. This helps prevent any clumps of protein powder.
  3. Blend it up! Secure the blender lid and blend until you achieve a silky smooth consistency.
  4. Pour, sip, and enjoy! Pour your shake into a glass and relish in the protein-packed goodness you’ve just created.
