This virtual series, held over four Tuesdays from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm, provides practical relationship education and tools, incorporating proven Gottman-informed techniques:
February 13th: Building Connection – Rediscover the foundations of your bond and learn how to strengthen your emotional connection.
February 20th: Communication – Master the art of healthy communication, learning to express yourselves clearly and listen actively.
February 27th: Conflict Resolution – Develop skills to navigate disagreements constructively, turning conflict into opportunities for growth.
March 5th: Building Fondness – Reignite the spark by cultivating appreciation, affection, and positive interactions.
Cost: $15 per session or $50 for all 4 sessions
